All products are described as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. All measurements are approximate and provided as a guide only.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
  • All information provided is accurate and complete 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order until it has been dispatched. 

Pricing & Payment 

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may include/exclude taxes depending on your location

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our website. 

Shipping 

We aim to dispatch within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. 

House of COSIE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds 

We hope you love your House of COSIE pieces. If you wish to return an item:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Original tags must still be attached

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
  • We do not accept returns on sale items (unless faulty)

Faulty Items 

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of your order number. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of House of COSIE and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. 

Limitation of Liability 

House of COSIE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
