We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey. 

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. 

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with tags.

To start a return, please email us at hello@houseofcosie.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. 

We’ll guide you through the process.

Once your return arrives safely back with us, we'll refund you within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

Need another size? The quickest way is to return your item for a refund then place a fresh order. 

I have received an item that is faulty, what should I do? 

Firstly, we are sorry about this! If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email us at hello@houseofcosie.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further.
